Where can I work at a suicide hotline in the Cleveland area?
Hi, I live in the Parma/Seven Hills/Independence area, and I wanted to know where the nearest clinic or suicide hotline facility was at which I could volunteer/work. I do not have a Masters in psychology, but I boast a strong academic record and colorful teaching experience in Japan. Any and all leads would be appreciated. If there are opportunities for employment, as well, I'd be interested, but my chief interest is something suicide related. Thank you!

Would it be illegal to have a Suicide Hotline that tells you how to quickly and effectively commit suicide?

Check with Cuyahoga County family Services. Jane Edna Center is in cleveland, and I'm sure they could assist you.

Just asking but, why do you want to work with something suicide related, that sounds like the most depressing job in the world! ughhh....But i suppose you could help a lot of people as welll

Call 211 - United Way and they can direct you to whoever handles that type of hotline or you can visit their site at www.211cleveland.org
