Anyone work at the Cleveland Clinic main campus in Ohio?
I heard there will be a wage-freeze this year, and only "medical staff" will be getting raises. Who exactly is the "medical staff"? Is it just doctors???

I don't work there, so I'm not positive about the answer to your question. But I would think that medical staff means any medical personnel, anything from the doctors and nurses to the x-ray techs and phlebotomists. Non medical staff would be cleaners, landscapers, people who run the cafeteria. And maybe some of the office staff.
